I thought this was funny and wanted to post it here. Broaddus, Eatman and Nate and those guys do kinda rush the fans to get to their questions and get a bit annoyed if they take too long. I didn't really notice it but those guys do kinda Chit Chat a lot about nonsense before they get back to Cowboys talk.

I find a lot of the "chit chat" to be annoying, but I can simply choose to not listen...If I'm truly bothered by it, I should only be mad at myself for clicking on the button. For the record, I don't listen often.

I've often felt the same way this fan feels. If I were to call in, I'd be sure to ask everyone how their day is going. Especially BB. I don't mind the chit-chatting, either. It gives the show some personality, but it is a bit silly to rush the callers to their points and then to let yourselves digress off topic a few minutes later.

Don't agree about Talking Cowboys. I prefer Nate Newton and Mickey, I think, though I listen to both shows regularly.

Yea, especially on TC. Seems like spags is the old curmudgeon of the bunch and I can see it annoying the others. The CB guys are great. Eatman's sarcastic humor is the best part imo, esp when he starts teasing Taylor.

Yes, I quit listening as they seem to think everyone is interested in what they ate for dinner or their hotel accommodations. It's as if they think the are celebrities of some sort because of holding microphone to ask players questions.
I often thought about opening a radio program with HARD Sports news and information. Some of the Zoners would probably qualify for this but listening to any sports talk radio seems to try to add a comical/entertainment segment which turns me off. If I want comedy, I go see stand up, not the ESPN guys..

Never thought much about it. It's their show, they can run it however they want. I can choose to listen or not. I actually enjoy their chit chat and interaction as well as the Cowboys talk. I like both shows a lot.

I don't listen live. I usually catch it in the evening and skip the first 10 minutes of it. After that they usually stick to football talk. It's not too bad, I just really don't care about their personal lives. I want to hear about my Cowboys.

Its funny that people get so mad about this stuff. I would be willing to wager that if any 4 or 5 zone members were put on the result would be very similar. Its the nature of conversation. Talk radio or not.
