Broaddus has narrowed down our pick options at 12

we need better than good.
Thank you. We had Pollard and didnt do much in the run game

I myself don’t want running back taken later than 3 and my preference would be no later than 44. Scattebo (spelling?)is about as late as I want to go drafting RB

WR to me is just as important and then CB but I don’t want anyone from Michigan so the kid from Texas suits me better

The deepest position in draft is DT for those that believe we have it drafted early. Besides when we extended OSA that pretty much meant they won’t draft one till 76 or later

His 2023 tape is elite - agree as long as the meds are good he should be a top option at 12.

Believe he also played well against Odunze.
Like you, Johnson is not my favorite but I would understand the pick. I want a front seven player.

I just don’t see a front 7 player that would really warrant the pick unless Graham falls.

My favorite Edges have off the field concerns. 12 is too rich for Campbell. Walker is a tweener. Love Nolan but we just extended our 3T.

I could get behind Mykell but don’t love it.

I feel the same about the receivers. This is not a good draft. Very few blue chips but Williams and Johnson could be. To be honest I am not that sure about Hunter, Carter, Jeanty, and Graham. Let’s not even get started on the quarterbacks.

There's plenty of front 7 players worthy of 12. Oline and dline. You should stick with your first thought because you're correct in your thinking.

I think this draft sucks with blue chip players. If I was the Cowboys I would trade down get as many second third round picks. I would draft Milrose or Ewers at 44. Give the fans some hope with a hot shot young quarterback who can take a few years to develop.

Not really high on that specific CB.
I think Barron would be the better one but Brian has mentioned he does not fit the normal parameters that the cowboys like in their CBs, however one has to wonder if the current defensive staff feels otherwise..

Not really high on M Williams as DE either.

I like A Carter and M Green but one will not be there and a decent chance the other will not be there as well.

Those would be the only two DEs I would really like if we stayed at 12

Trade down really is the best option barring a TMac, Carter, Green or Graham.

I think if those guys are gone and they are unable to trade down. I would go with Ebuka at WR, Simmons at OT if the knee is clear and it might be high for the spot but I really do like Jihad Campbell at LB. Just do not know how Overshown will be with the injury/injuries.

He's got it down to three positional options and 6 players.

WR (McMillan, Golden, Burden, Egbuka)
CB (Johnson)
DE (Williams)

16 minute mark of the video begins his long explanation.

I can't say I disagree with him. Other than maybe adding Barron and a trade down as options. RB is just highly unlikely at this point.

If all we get for sucking and losing our SB winning HC is a corner at #12 I’m gonna puke!
