This has all the makings of the Wade —> Garrett disaster, just this time McCarthy—> Moore. The obvious choice from inside the organization would be Quinn, but he isn’t Jerry’s hand picked boy genius like Garrett / Moore.
Quinn ain’t talking over here. He wants nothing to do with the Cowboys head coaching job. He’s way too smart for that.

Doesn't know the offense. lol What's he there for then?
Breakfast,Buffet lunch, massages, whataburger snacks then dinner naps after breakfast lunch and supper not a lot of time to learn a new offense. This is the MM way and most importantly always have a scapegoat.

According to Broaddus, Mike McCarthy will not take over the offense and call plays as he doesn’t know the offense.

Just sharing. Make of it what you will
Why???
Has Jerry told Mac, the offense belongs to Moore?
These kinda things drive me crazy.

Manage the clock, call timeouts and say a few motivational words at halftime.

And he can only do 1 out of the 3 most of the time.

Multi-tasking not really his thing.

Unless it requires a fork.

Broaddus didn't like the McCarthy hire and will take some underhanded shots where he can.

However, if true how embarrassing being a head coach and having limited knowledge of the offense being run.

Imagine getting the salary mike gets for the responsibility he has

Hey now, not everyone can pull off undying fealty to his masters (Jerry and Stephen) the way Big Mac can.

I mean, his direct boss was literally (medically) incompetent during his last couple of seasons in GB and Big Mac kept quiet about ... as long as the checks kept rolling in.

Remaining completely loyal to an incompetent front office is not something every head coach can pull off the way Big Mac does.

Plus, you got to remember that Big Mac won that Super Bowl 12 seasons ago, so many of the less-informed masses of fans think he really must be something.

Offense is fine. Lack of WR’s and no preseason action for Dak was the problem. Rush actually looked better than Dak. Not sure who thought no playing time for the starting QB during pre-season was a good plan, especially with new WR’s out there.
