Maliek Collins: Have to be honest that I expected more for Maliek Collins in this game but it just wasn't there. Maybe the tape will show different but he wasn't off the snap and into the backfield like we had observed in these practices since coming back. There were no snaps where I felt like he played off the block and worked to the ball. I didn't see any push in the passing game as well. It appeared that the Seahawks were able to handle him without many problems.

What did people expect after first game back from breaking his foot against one of the top teams in the NFL? I actually give him a pass on this one. Getting hurt for all of training camp basically killed his rookie season.

Honestly, he's near the bottom of the list of concerns along the DL, especially since he has proven vets in front of him. He doesn't have to be great right off the bat with Thornton and McClain and Crawford there.

It's the guys playing outside that's the concern where, unfortunately, guys with little to no track record actually have to produce.

I could be wrong, but I thought he looked distruptive in parts of the game.

I saw a couple of flashes of talent but nothing consistent. He is big and quick. He didn't play many snaps.

He got pushed around after the whistle a few times with no reaction. That was disheartening but well see

I wasn't expecting much being his first game after a foot injury.

Tapper, collins, mayowa, russell, mcadoo, irving - thats what we got. Id trade them all, thats right all 6 of them plus a 1st rd pick for Khalil Mack, but the raiders would just laugh.

He drew a holding penalty, pitched in on a tackle with Mayowa, and got in the backfield pretty quickly on another play. I would hope he and Mayowa get some more reps next week though.
