Broaddus: Tyron Has His Hands Full With DLaw

So you don't watch the games on TV? It might not be directly your money but if youre paying for cable, or whatever, and you're watching the Cowboys on TV you're helping to keep their TV ratings up and therefor you're bringing Jerry money.

So either way he's getting money from you just like every other fan who watches their games.

Unless he has a nielson's box, I don't think he's influencing ratings at all.

lol. There is a way for a person to not give Jerry Jones a single penny of their money.

Its not the leagues fault we suck. I'm not going to just stop watching the league all together. I still enjoy the game.

I was wondering who that plastic-faced dude was in my living room last year demanding a handout every time I watched a Dallas game.

Kept muttering something about having "to pay the Romo." I thought he was talking about some kind of cell phone charges.

I would not dare tell you or anyone else to do otherwise.

However, the fact remains that anyone doing so puts money in Jones' pocket. And the revenue stream does not stop at simply watching the NFL.

I know that people enjoy saying, "I don't pay Jerry Jones anything." Certainly, the amount of money Jones receives from fans who attend games, watches games, buys team apparel, etc., is far more money than what someone "boycotting" Jones is not spending out of their wallets. Yet, adamant boycotters are not preventing Jones from profiting off their association with the team or the league in other ways. It may be a half-cent of a cent, but it is still moulah nonetheless.

It would be accurate and honest for a boycotter to say, "Jones gets far FAR less out of me than the rest of you suckers!" Maybe adding the suckers part would be a bit too much though. :p:)

Lol, well if you want to count the pennies that jerry gets from me, then sure, thats fine..

I guess the guy who owns the gumball machine gets rich off me too.. Bc he gets my quarters once or twice a year too

In the midst of all of the negativity regarding our DL, how come no one is mentioning how good DLaw is looking? Some will say that it is the underwear Olympics but in pass rush situations you can still get a good look at who is doing well and who is stinking it up. Plus without pads, DLaw really cannot bullrush so all of his moves have to be speed related type moves. So he is not only doing more than holding his own against Tyron but he is doing so with a 1/4 less of his pass rushing repertoire.

Well, this is some good news... What else can we judge them by right now other than that?

Of course Billy Davis was lighting up practices once...

There's an old saying that I cannot recall who said it or exactly how it goes, but it went sort of like this:

The rich are only as wealthy as all the money they ever made.

In other words, yeah. Every cent counts. lol!
