Let's hope 4 or 5 QB's go early, causing a panic trickle-down effect increasing the likelihood that a quality defensive player slides to the 28th spot.
The Browns, Jets, 49ers, Bears, Bills, & Texans -- all need young QB's to at least develop and sell to their fan base .
Even the Chargers, Giants, & Cardinals are in the market for a QB for the future.

Add the Steelers. I would not be surprised if this year or next is Ben's last.

Let's hope three RBs go before 28 also.

I agree entirely.
Steelers picking at 30 might have to leapfrog the Texans who pick at 25.
If the Steelers are that desperate, and think that the Texans might pick the Steelers' targeted QB, Steelers will have to wheel and deal.

The hysteria and rush for QB's affords Dallas at least some belief that a unexpected high value defensive player slides.

If Mitch played for USC or some big sexy school, he'd be the number one overall pick without a doubt. Instead, he played at Carolina which is a mid-level football program. Yes, I am a homer, but this guy has all the intangibles to be a good quarterback in the NFL for a long time. People are sleeping on him.

The browns have worked on trying to improve their oline. But they need to pretty much put every other piece into place before worrying about drafting a QB because whoever they get at QB is going to need the help.

Thatd be pretty typical Browns.

Give the coach some job security. Let them take BPA.

Then when they still barely win any games, plug a QB into a talented team.

You have a chance to take a franchise pass rusher. Don't Brown that up.

Someone needs to official condemn the Browns franchise as unsalvageable if they take Mitchell ("Don't Call Me Mitch") Trubisky with the first overall pick.

It will prove they have no respect for their own sabermetrics and "Money Ball" approach and are no different from past years where they panicked and overdrafted a QB out of need.

The first 10 picks will basically set the value for our pick in a trade down. If the QB needy teams decide to pursue BPA with their 1st rounders, they'll probably be looking to jump the Steelers + other teams at top of 2nd.

Just another interesting note to watch for on draft day

I finally spent some time in that Northern Ohio area this past year and I really want things to get better for those fans. Yeah, they have Ohio State and Lebron but the football Sundays are so sad. Good people going through hard economic times and deserving of some good ol' NFL success. Also they know how to make wings.

Wouldn't be a bit surprised if the apple of there eye is Mahomes. They've met with him a lot.

This is the time of year the QBs tend to shoot up Draft boards, Deshaun Watson tops them for me, then Mahomes over Trubisky.

No way the Browns don't take Garrett with the 1st. They may take a QB with the 12th. But even the Browns aren't crazy enough to waste the top pick on one of this drafts QB's.

Browns draft picks: they can trade back up with their first second round and move higher to get that QB they want but
really dont they want another bad season for the 2018 QB bonanza.

The 2016? draft they accumulated 14 picks.

2017
First round: (2) Own pick and the Eagles' pick.

Second round: (2) Own pick and the Titans' pick.

Third round: (1) Own pick.

Fourth round: (3) Three *compensatory picks due to free agent losses in 2016.

Fifth round: (3) Own pick, the Patriots' pick and a *compensatory pick due to free agent loss in 2016.

Sixth round: (1) Own pick.

Seventh round: (1) The Colts' pick.
