After the draft there will be some teams with a new RB wanting to dump the salary of a back under contract who’ll trade cheap not the take the dead cap just like Gilmore and. Cooks last year. Dallas will most likely be one of the first teams they call!

Small nit. Cooks and Gilmore were traded before the 2023 draft, not after.

Throw in the HC on his last year and you'd think if there was ever a time to take advantage of a window, this was it.

Nope.

Not with this clown show. The homers will sit here and say FA isn't over and we can still make trades but the opportunity to get significantly better has passed. What's left is bargain bin guys both in FA and in a trade that may fill a hole but doesn't "fix" a hole. The goal should have been to get better, not just maintain. Oh, I forgot the draft where we will undoubtedly draft 3-4 studs that will have immediate impacts.......... like last year.

As fans, we are handcuffed to these two guys and unfortunately have to take the same stupid journey these two nitwits are taking us on.
