As far as defining changes within the franchise is concerned, Jerry Jones is the Dallas Cowboys.

Now anyone and everyone should ask themselves: "Name one instance when Jones has been shamed into doing anything significantly contrary to his usual way of doing things after hearing or reading others' commentary about him or his franchise during the past 27 years?"
