Eagles Wentz is holding this team back.

Eagles These overthrows have been killers.

Eagles Could Wentz complete a deep throw? Seems like he hasn't hit one all season.

Eagles Wentz has been dog poop today! Wake up man!
Posted by EaglesFanatic80 on Dec 9, 2018 | 4:58 PM
Eagles Wentz just overthrew yet another open receiver. Tate had a step on the DB. Wentz has missed WAY too many big throws this season

Eagles Gotta stop making excuses for Wentz. He just isn’t that good
Posted by insaneeaglesfanatic on Dec 9, 2018 | 4:59 PM
Eagles We need McNabb to come in and show Wentz how to "lower" his throws. Average his worm-burners with Carson’s overthrows and we hit the receiver on the numbers.

Eagles Prescott >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Wentz in both DAl-PHI games this season

Eagles Carson Wentz is overrated. Dude is just an average QB with a little athleticism. McNabb was far more accurate. Especially on deep throws. I don’t think we should extend him. There are better QBs coming into the league that can play the new NFL game. Wentz can’t.

Eagles Hard for me to admit: Sack Prescott better than Wentz

Eagles The most frustrating part about this season is I’ve lost a ton of faith in the coach and QB.

Eagles Wentz is now worrying me. A lot. He’s worrying me to the point where I am already convinced he’s reached his peak. The guy just doesn’t have what it takes. He’s getting worse. I don’t know what else to say. The injury excuse has been overused.

Eagles Wentz can't process the game fast anymore

Eagles Take Carson out and put Foles in

Eye opener.

There’s nothing wrong with critsizing the team from time to time. Lord knows, there have been some bonehead mistakes. The FO believing that we’d be fine with those receivers at the beginning of the year was a colossal mistake. What I don’t like is fans that constantly complain even when we win. Over and over again. And when one of their narratives is taken away by good play, or good coaching, they find something else to ***** about.
You got to understand that some of us are older. Not only are we spoiled by the good ole days, we want to see more good ole days before we pass from this earth.
So forgive us for our propensity to get nostalgic understanding what it took to build the 70s and 90s dynasty and our impatience for wanting to see it return.
We don't want to be Kansas City Chiefs or NY Jets fans or even the Detroit Lions fans who haven't seen a Super Bowl in a generation. :omg:

He also takes a lot of sacks, doesn't run for yardage as much as he should and fumbles quite a bit. I believe he averages 1 fumble a game. Has to learn to climb in the pocket more and fumble less.

Nope! Too late! He can't get better.
He has been in the league a lifetime.
No more chances...

Older? Ha ha. I watched the Ice Bowl live. Don’t tell me about the good ole days. I lived them. I saw Bob Lilly throw his helmet in the air after they lost to the Dolphins in the Super Bowl. So I don’t forgive you for you propensity to get nostalgic. Smh.

Got to say this one wasn't as nice as some of the others. The Saints game was the best. This one was just eagles fans bellyaching.

"NFL teams are 1-73 all time when incurring 100 penalty yards, allowing three touchdown passes, and losing the turnover battle by two or more.

The one victory occurred yesterday when the Cowboys beat the Eagles."

— Bobby Belt (@BobbyBeltTX) December 10, 2018

That's amazing!
There were all kinds of things in that game that made it a near impossibility for Dallas to win. 50+ passing attempts. 400+ yards passing. -2 turnover margin. Usually when those things happen you don’t win. The stat you quoted is fascinating.

Lilly throwing his helmet was after the SB loss to the Baltimore Colts.

Interesting to read how many Eagles fans think Prescott is better than Wentz.

A lot of Eagles fans are ready to move on from Wentz.

Given the discussions on this board, I find it fascinating.

To be fair, he does climb up into the pocket...he just doesn't always take the football with him.

I read in a few places where people had trouble with the 54 passes Dak threw.

The offense had 91 plays from scrimmage. 91!

So if the offense only passed 30 times, they would have run the ball 60 times. Are you going to give Zeke 50 carries? He would have left the game in an ambulance.

The pass numbers were inflated because we had the ball so long. Over 45 minutes.

Well Zeke isn’t the only RB on the team and I actually think we could have and should have run it a bit more. But you’re right, usually when a guy throws 50+ times the circumstances are nothing like what we saw on Sunday. Which is why the result was antithetical to some of the raw stats.
