Rattler isn't close to being an NFL-ready QB. He'd be better served transferring if he's lost the OU job. USC's QB isn't close either.

And they play almost all those games late in the year. Eagles may not be in terrible shape if they can pull out this win and split one between the Raiders and Chargers games.
