Me thinks Philly will be drafting one this year.

Eagles terrible play calls. They’re going to have to PA and throw more to open up run.

And its a very good thing, though, I kinda want Tampa to lose so that, if we win, we get another home game next to week.

The thing about the media narrative around building up the Eagles is that they are 0-7 against teams above .500. But some in the media still had them as being a dangerous playoff team that could upset Tampa. While at the same time they had the Niners beating the Cowboys, off of their reasoning that the Cowboys haven't beaten anyone good and only got into the playoffs by playing in the NFC East. They'll switch up the narrative, just to suit whichever team they feel like hyping up for a particular week.

To the media the Eagles are the opposite the Cowboys. Lots of East coast bias when it comes to them. The Eagles made the playoffs on the strength of their last place schedule. Getting to beat up Detroit and Jets.

Realistically the Eagles aren't going to get become a serious playoff team unless Hurts learns how to pass better. He might be a dangerous running QB at times, but the difference between him and Josh Allen, is that Allen uses his legs as an asset to his ability to hurt a defense. But his main weapon is still his arm and throwing ability. Where as Hurts uses his legs as his main QB ability and the passing is secondary.
