The Eagles are who we thought they were. A mediocre team that only got in because the NFL added an extra team to make a few more bucks.

The thing about the media narrative around building up the Eagles is that they are 0-7 against teams above .500. But some in the media still had them as being a dangerous playoff team that could upset Tampa. While at the same time they had the Niners beating the Cowboys, off of their reasoning that the Cowboys haven't beaten anyone good and only got into the playoffs by playing in the NFC East. They'll switch up the narrative, just to suit whichever team they feel like hyping up for a particular week.

Well, that's the thing next draft doesn't have good QBs. Eagles better off building a defense to stop high powered offenses...watching today they could use a couple more good defenders.
