Butt hurt Beasley Can't Let Go

Yay you. See how many target and yards you get with all that freedom.

I'm tired of hearing about Bease. He has talked about the Cowboys too much since he left, but I feel like reporters are purposely bringing up the Cowboys with him because they know that instantly gets them national attention. What is he supposed to say? That Buffalo sucks? Even if it does, that's his team and city now. He has to say he loves it there.

His agent did a good job prepping him on how to become a regular for the media.

I don't know. Sounded like the crew was trying to goad him into saying some negative things about the Cowboys. He was just responding to questions. And for the most part I thought he handled them with class.

Think it may be Cowboy fans who can't let go.

We all know the offense was unimaginative and predictable. That would mean that receivers were going to be running set routes with very little options.
Even Cooper complained during a game last year when he was told to run a comeback AGAIN.
Luckily Dak allowed him to change the route presnap resulting in a TD. Less than a full season into his career and Cooper was already sick of running the same routes over and over.
I doubt anyone is going to deny that Jerry is constantly in peoples ear talking about the Cowboy brand/image since that is what he is most concerned about. Its how he makes his money. Wins and football in general are secondary to him.

Beasley has said a couple of things in the past that were probably better left unsaid, but I see nothing wrong with what he said here.

Whoa -- part of me is happy for Beasley, although, the other half says that Beasley got the big head, shot off his mouth about all the money he deserves, then even saw fit to get critical of the FO. Letting him go was simply a natural response to someone who simply got too big for his britches. Well, that's life! Keep having all that fun in Buffalo and make sure to dress really warm, good buddy! :D

He's no longer a Cowboy, so he doesn't matter.

If we see him in the SB, he's going to get flattened by defenders all game. That's not going to happen since it's Buffalo. lol. Therefore he is irrelevant to the success or failure of the Cowboys. Time to move on. Let him run his mouth if that is what you think he's doing. I think he's answering questions that he's asked. I do think he has a point about brand and show being a little too important to the front office here.

Beasley was one of the most overrated receivers by our fans. For his career here, he averaged about 3 receptions per game for 31 yards. That kind of production will not be hard to replace.

Witten is back on the roster and might get 5 catches for 2 yards. There's a solid replacement.... o_O

:lmao: * ya-know, Bull Flopper, that former #11 held the lofty visions of grandeur at the start of the "18" season & to a degree? rightfully so, as (IMO) had the most "Footballish credentials" out of anybody on the offensive "aerial attack" side of the ball we could field ,starting on game #1 that year,,,just sayin' bro.
