Actually, that advertisement for Quality Russian Dating Service was more impressive than the article. :laugh2:

Didn't even see it, I use something that blocks ads on my browser.

Parcells has great timing these type of things.

It wouldn't bother me one bit to see the Dolphins struggle for several more years!

I'll probably catch some heat for that statement, but if BP raids the cowboys staff then that's my wish!

I have to wonder who is going to take Cam's place.

If Parcells has his way, and I think he will, then he is going to find someone who mimics his approach to rebuilding. That being said, he will want a Boot Camp personality whipping into shape the youngsters they will be bringing in.

Some one with a conservative approach to the game plan so they can minimize loses when they are so short on talent.

In short, "Old School".

Any Idea who is out there right now that fits that description?

Fresh off playing it safe against Texas Tech--and blowing a 14 point lead in the last 5 minutes. Losing his best DL and a 3-4 guy who coached w/ Parcells at 5-count'um stops.

Al Groh is perfect.
Why he would'nt have blown the lead, if his vet QB wasn't on the bench, nursing his leg injury and his gaudy 78 yd. passing bus-driving performance could have been on full display.

Wow. I quit watching that game late. Tech won?

But yeah, Groh was the default FOB after Belicheat bailed as h.c. of the n.y.j. If Sparano weren't the guy, Groh would be a good guess.

The look on Groh's face in the final minute or two of that game was priceless.

His eyes were kinda big and his mouth was hanging open as he stood on the sidelines.

Groh was at New Haven, then Army, then Jets...Big BP guy.

Great fun watching Viginia look like Vinnie vs. Pittsburg or Bledsoe blow vs. the Giants.

Groh is actually safe in Virginia after a 9-3 regular season and Gator appearance--but its funny to watch the BP bus driver approach fail in a different venue.

Keep an eye on Solari (former Cowboy coach) and the KC OL guy. They helped build the greatest OL of the decade in K.C. for The Preist and LJ. Free agency and Trent Green's concussion then they fell on hard times and just got fired.

Tech has left a lot coaches with that same look the past 12 years.

Perhaps. But I think the Tuna is smart enough to see the product on the field. Tuna knows the players Jason has been working with, and can see the results. A nice offense, with smart playmakers.

don't underestimate the comfort factor

although your case could be more strongly presented if you brought up Sean Payton, a guy he never worked w/, but heard good things about him and brought him here

Bill fired Cam.

Let the further raiding begin.

Tuna is probably thinking "payback time Jerry for forcing TO on me"

I fully expect Sporano to go, probably Bowles too.

Dam, why dont you just rent a bus Tuna and drive down here and pick everybody up you traitor.
