I think what most fans are pissed about is that this team has looks unprepared week in and week out and and the same mistakes are made week in and week out and Wade says they will practice harder........then the next game the same crap starts again.

When will this team put together a good 60 min of football from the offense, defense, and special teams..............and do it against a very good opponent, not thrillers against scrubs!!!

And what does observing a playoff type practice have to do with winning a playoff game?

Wade's won playoff games as an assistant before. Did he not observe these practices or is this a magical ability that only head coaches gain?
