Byron Jones looks like an All Pro

How exactly do you expect him to create turnovers when the ball is never thrown to him?

You think he should use that magic wand?
Yeah but I don't care about Pro Bowl. If guys aren't throwing his way he's doing something right.

BTW, Nnamdi Asomugha had some years with ZERO picks and was still getting All Pro's. If he's as dominate as people think he is he will get recognized.

Nope…most people (read: me) said he was a bad safety. Can't believe it took this awesome staff to see what a lot of us saw in no time.

He's still one of the least physical NFL players I've ever seen, but fortunately, he doesn't have to tackle all that much.
I've read people saying he was a horrible PLAYER.. didnt matter what position

With his lack of physicality you wonder why they looked at him and said "safety."

Look at Byron Jones build compared to other cornerbacks.
He's built like a safety, don't have the tackling and hard hitting instincts but Byron Jones is very builky for a corner back.
Very strong, incredibly fast and is nigh impossible to push off of. I knew he'd be a solid Corner but i'm honestly surprised..I thought Chido would be the better CB.

Some of us were saying the whole time that his development was being hampered by flex positioning and they needed to stick him in one position, since Safety and CB are two of the harder defensive positions to learn. Now that they're focusing him on CB, he should kick ***.

I could see Jones getting Newman 2005/2006 treat as far as post season awards go

Looks the opposite to me. I always thought he looked tiny for being a safety.

Byron is 4th on the team in Tackles. Behind only LVE, Jaylon, and Chido.
