The Saints have 3 wideouts on IR, including Ted Ginn who I think was starting. If Dez is healthy he's going to be starting for them. Thomas is their #1 option, but in that offense Dez will get plenty of opportunities.

Dez with 1 on 1 matchups and a QB that can actually throw?

Teams are in trouble if he's in shape.

We all hate losing a player we like, but it's life in the NFL. A lot of much better players than Dez didn't get to stay with their original teams. It's an era of big business, salary caps and free agency.

I would not be surprised if they got big things out of Dez. It takes a pretty mature guy to take the salary he did. Hopefully for him he goes in with the right attitude and just does his thing and does not put too much pressure on himself like he did last year in Dallas.
