Both coaches were retreads that haven't had any success in the league for a decade. JJ has no insight as a GM and the coaching hires he makes proves his incompetence. Hiring a staff is arguably the most important thing a GM does and JJ doesn't have the aptitude to put together a decent one.

jerry is taking a straw poll of all 'important' people he knows to decide what he should do next

you see, every decision is a 'group' decision at valley ranch

its not jerry's fault that democracy does not work in football

I thought Garrett formed a really strong bond with Kiffin and Roddy when he spent 2 months getting water for Brad Johnson and Chris Simms.

yeah, now the narrative is changing for the Garrett groupies

Everyone needs good talent. No question this team is short on it. The question is, you have a defense that is putting together a historically bad season, but does a team with Sean Lee, Demarcus Ware, Jason Hatcher, Brandon Carr, Orlando Scandrick, etc., represent historically bad talent? No? Then why are they THAT bad?

I keep hearing that for Kiffin's defense to work, it needs a dominating pass rush. Wouldn't any defense work with a dominating pass rush? It seems like it would to me.
