kool aid drinkers that said OUR O LINE was good enough to get the job done.

That there were worse lines and all in all its not that important that they be any good.

But........they haven't had time together.
But........they need time to gel
But........they will get much better later in the season.

They are putrid. Sad performance!

There is way too much keeping score amongst posters around here. It's almost as if that is more important than the actual success of the team.

Hey, ya know all the "negative" things you've read from me about this team this year? I actually want to be wrong on every one of them. I don't want to be right and have you admit you're wrong. Because that would be bad for the Cowboys.

Why call out fellow fans for choosing to have faith in the line? What does that accomplish, really?

I never had faith in the line, but an "I told you so!" doesn't change a damn thing about the debacle that's unfolding on the field.

frustration

simple as that

when it seems clear that something needs to be done and the team does nothing

just wondering if they have the nerve to answer

probably don't

I watch as this organization wastes the best years of great players by screwing up by the numbers

And I choose to yell about it

if you don't like it ask me if I care

Well said.

Call out, I told you threads are childish and only makes the whole hater/sunshine pullers idiocy continue. IOW, you're not helping.

Or worse than nothing, when they address the problem with lesser players and think they took care of it. :bang2: :bang2: :bang2:

This really makes it easy for us on Draft Day, same as this year OL or DE. I did like the boys so much better before the OLine came into focus as the Kool aid wore off. Tony might not last through his current contract at this level of ineptness. Cannot wait to hear the spin from Jerry and Jason.

Yeah, so your point of this call out?...... ok so all the Kool aid drinkers, what you want them to do now?

Kill themselves for having faith? Will that make you feel better?

Everybody, just off yourself, if you ever had faith in the O-Line

Not defending anyone, but seriously, do you think anybody could have imagined the OL would be this bad?

Understandable.

It is so frustrating to see offseasons wasted because the owner thinks it's fun to spin around in the GM chair.

It's all part of the process

stacking good days on top of each other

There are several posters who claimed we would be just fine.

Yes I am calling them out.

pretty much.fans are wrong most of the times but it was jerry that gave Free the extension and Callahan who recommended livings and bernadau and it was our head coach who taught costa can still be the starter.

OL still sucks, but who expected Free to struggle this badly on the right side, especially with power moves? Who expected Smith to struggle this much on left side?

You can't fix everything in one offseason. Even if OL doesn't improve significantly, I still love what we did to address the secondary first. We got top young players instead of spending tons on OG as some wished. Even those who wanted the interior line fixed instead of the secondary would currently be disappointed because no one was calling to replace Free, and we thought we'd be better at OT. Callahan needs to answer some questions this week, IMO.
