Play dropped off OR the play-calling has been super suspect. How many runs were called during the month of December again? We were TOTALLY one dimensional in the month of December. Thankfully, that month is over.

In fairness though, we were behind most of the month of December.

I query though, if we do nothing but pass, how does that play into the "we don't attack enough on offence" argument?

Its how we attack.

Witht he exception of the Detroit game we have not ran the quick slant to TO or the deep ball to Glenn.

Its about integrating your player strengths with the offensive system (IE TO across the middle and Glenn on the deepball).

Saints game....we weren't behind by much when we went totally pass. JJ starts off on fire and only gets 9 more rushes the entire game. There's no excuse for how EARLY we get away from the run. NONE!

We need a balance....balance keeps teams offenses off of the field....we did this when the Colts had the hottest offense in town. Then we faced the Saints when they were the hottest....and we went pass, pass, pass.

Also it would be nice to get the RBs involved with the passing game.

The Lions game we started doing this but as for too little too late with the entire season we only did this on the last drive on the game where MBIII had 3-4 catches.

Despite our defense sucking, we were in the game because of Romo.

Washington's defense sucked, but they weren't in the game.

I agree, Romo kept us in the game.

I disagree, Washington was still in the game. I believe Washington had the ball only down by 6. By no means were they out of it.

Agree completely...having a RB coming out of the backfield is a BIG weapon.

I was just gonna ignore the question.

So far he has started the dumbest thread I have seen in a long time - that of replacing Romo with DB.

And today he said Manny Lawson is the reason the 49ers started a playoff run.

Campbell's big advantage is his offensive line and seven-step drop. Very hard to sack the guy, even if you get a hand on him. Gotta work on his accuracy, though.

MB3 has 16 TD's is very limited playing time....also has a one yard advantage compared to JJ in terms of yards per carry...pretty impressive considering he's supposed to be a 'short yardage' back.

It's time for JJ to go.....MB3 is the next LT/Marshall Faulk and needs to get as many carries as possible. :starspin

Just think how good MB3 would be with an actual offensive line......

As for the Romo/arm strength debate.....I just don't see it. As for dinking and dunking, sure I'll annoint him Rich Gannon Ver 2.0 for that.
