My friend in dallas just heard that an cowboys insider on the ticket said the cromartie/ choice deal could go down in a week. She said the cowboys would move him to safety. Also she said that Jerry would help with the child support issues. She's a diehard and wouldn't B.S. me. Just wanted to know if anyone else heard.

Talked to some peeps from the Ticket.

They did report a Insider tells them Cromartie will be traded by sometime next week, but they did not report it would be for Tashard Choice.

They didn't report any other team in connection with this.

That swap of TC for Cromartie is not happening.

Cromartie had one good year and that was 2 years ago. He's clearly fallen out of favor in San Diego that's why the Chargers are looking to move him. Not only has Cromartie not produced the past 2 seasons he's got some off the field issues he's dealing with. Choice is a good young back who when given the opportunity at the end of 08 averaged over 5 yards a carry. He's a a better player than Cromartie that's why the Chargers want to make the trade. I wouldn't want to trade a good player who's capable of starting for one who isn't getting it done and has off the field problems. The Lions wanted to dump RW and we're seeing why we don't need to make another mistake.

the tickets shows on saturday are the tee box, the orphanage, mike bascik and then sporting news radio. I cant imagine any of them talked about the cowboys besides bascik and without being a jerk....his opinion on football stuff really shouldnt be taken all that seriously. He knows his stuff on baseball talk obviously but his football stuff is usually romo stinks and jerry is the devil.

So I am sure it was a ticker or something just talking about cromartie.

and God I hate this time of year. I made the mistake of clicking on profootballcrap today and that dope has an article that says jerry says we are starting our journey to the superbowl at the hall of fame game......yet no where in the actual jerry stuff did he say that....I cant stand this time of year there are too many idiots running around posing as nfl insiders and experts. I imagine less than 10% of them actually know anything, and florio is not in that 10%.
