DLaw...he's not close?
Dlaw is more polished, but Irving is a freak of nature athletically.

To keep both I do not think you can franchise one (tank) and sign the other while also signing Martin. Irving could be cheap-ish since he plays mostly DT
I believe they both are RFA and can be tendered but I'd rather sign Irving rather risk the chance of losing him. Where as if we tender Lawrence I'd take the 3rd if over priced.
Lawrence will be an UDFA. He will need to be franchise tagged.
I would then tender Irving at the 1st round price. That way if either team is signed by another team, we get a first round pick for them.
I absolutely agree but Ash actually very well considering he was a practice squadder up until this week. He was holding his own on running plays and getting pressure up the middle too.
Maybe but Irving is like the TWill of the DL he has weeks where he teases you with awesome play then he has weeks where you do not know he was even active.
My point is pure talent. Irving is on the same level as JPP (pre injury) or even Julius Peppers. Dude is a straight up freak of nature.
It is widely agreed upon by Cowboys analysts that Irving has the most raw talent of anyone on our DLine. He is clearly not as polished in his form or technique as Tank, but when looking at straight-up size, athleticism, and talent, a comparison to JPP is not far-fetched.Not even close. Pure hyperbole. Irving is a solid talent. Demarcus Lawrence is our most talented DL.

Absolutely he could!
I'd love the 2018 Dallas line to be: tank, Irving, Malik, and Ezekiel Ansah
Get rid of mayowa, maybe Crawford if we can't afford him
Irving is an RFA so he will probably get a 1st round tenderSo you're saying we're definitely resigning Lawrence and Irving next year?

YupHe already has 3 in two games. Anyone think he can hit double digits this year?
