Just sitting here at work and listening to the ticket and thats whats Engle and Dennis are talking about :starspin :starspin
Fernando Fernandez said:Some writers have "seen" a little friction between Bledsoe and TO already. The best example of this is the photo of Drew and TO kneeling next to each other...Bledsoe looks very disturbed while TO is smiling. (i'll try to find the pic)
AdamJT13 said:Romo has ZERO chance to "beat out" Bledsoe for the starting position. The tidbit that they're basing this speculation on is that if Bledsoe got hurt and Romo was forced into the starting lineup, Romo MIGHT be able to hang onto the job. But as Parcells mentioned yesterday, if Romo doesn't make the most of his extended opportunities during the preseason, he won't even be around for the regular season. He'll be "going to a new school."

Everyone forms their own opinion. I have formed mine.

For one Tony Romo been beating everybody out since Quincy Carter got cut and to be honest with you I believe Parcells didn't give him a equal oportunity to prove himself against a team in a game that didn't really mean nothing, like against St. Louis last season in the last game. Parcells should have started Romo because nothing was on the line, the game didn't really matter.
A year before that Tony Romo didn't get his chance, when Parcells kept telling the media Vinny gives the Cowboys the best chance to win, which was false, because the Cowboys didn't even reached the playoffs, we went 6-10, and the worst part about it is that Cowboys cut a key piece out of the franchise which was Quincy Carter, who was doing good, for example the New York Giants Game Monday Night/Carolina Panthers 2x (2 TD's within 2 minutes of the last part of the game) <> |Joey Galloway Touchdown, Antonio Bryant game winner|/ San Fransisco 49ers who the Cowboys beat, Quincy Carter ran in for a touchdown, threw for two touchdowns/ Washington Commanders<>Quincy Carter lauches one over the head of champ bailey to Rockett Ismail for a touchdown.
How about the Detroit Lions game, three touchdowns to Terry Glenn. Just imagine if Quincy had a runningback like Julius Jones and a even more improved Defense? Do you know what would happen, he would be a superbowl winning Quarterback.
I believe if the Cowboys are really trying to get a superbowl ring, they would look at the option to add Quincy Carter to the team, I feel that he was a player that win ball games, he just needs someone like Calvin Hill working with him and conseling his off-the-field issues, I believe that relationship will work again, even though I strongly doubt this, but I hope that the Cowboys bring Quincy Carter back for Quarterback competition, he should be a Quarterback that we groom real well along with the other quarterbacks. Quincy Carter has a high level of upside and potential.
