So Dak is to blame because he took the ball and ran with it as the saying goes.
Thats the hall mark of self confidence and competition. But now its a rock to through at Dak.
Can you imagine a coach saying to any player " OK kid your turn" go in there and the player turns and says " coach I'm not ready".
I dont what it put on me.
Really? thats your complaint really?
You guys can't have it both ways.
"Poor widdle Dak is only a 4th round developmental QB , cut him some slack
Shoulda just stayed the backup while he worked on his game while learning from a veteran QB for a year or two but he thought he had arrived..
And as for being "confident"
"Are you concerned about defenses having more tape on you ? No! I also have tape on them "
Proceeded to say this was a learning experience and that he is a young QB after the season...
"I'll be dammed if i end my season on a bad game"
Proceeded to put up 6 points against the eagles backups..
"If I could play tommorow , I would to get the bad taste out of my mouth"
Proceeded to look worse the next game..
Talk , talk , talk..
You wanna know who is confident in his abilities? A QB like Deshaun Watson that sees one inch of separation and fires a rope!!
You wanna know who doesn't have confidence in his abilities? A QB that needs his receivers to be 10 yards away from the nearest defender in order for him to think if he will attempt to throw them the ball..
Keep an eye on guys like Watson , Wentz and Mahomes. those guys are full of confidence don't let Prescott fool you with false bravado..
