the odds ain't good and the injury list is creepy - but the Boys are now in the top 10 to win it all

1 NEW ORLEANS SAINTS
2 LOS ANGELES RAMS

3 KANSAS CITY CHIEFS
4 NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS
5 PITTSBURGH STEELERS
6 CHICAGO BEARS
7 LOS ANGELES CHARGERS
8 HOUSTON TEXANS
9 MINNESOTA VIKINGS
10 DALLAS COWBOYS

here's 5 things that help

- the Boys have a serious defense, the first 1 in 20+ years
- the OL seems fine with next man up, that's major
- whatever else can be said of Dak, he's a baller, toughness matters
- coaching, laugh if you will - this team plays hard and fast
- talented youth, a touch of confidence and momentum could seal the deal

coaching will be the difference - as bad as some have talked about the offensive staff ...
in half a season they (seem) synced their passing game with 8 new targets
and did with an injured OL - so far so good

on D this is the full season for Jones, Awuzie, Woods, and Vander Esch as starters
and they are one of the most dominant units in the NFL

IMO, they more aggressive the game plans the better

LOL hard and fast, we have one of the slowest paced offenses in the NFL.

The defense is above average but not serious, chance to prove me wrong on that front in 5 days.

I'd blitz run or pass all day and make their WRs outplay our CBs - man up I doubt they con do it

The odds of Dallas winning next week are too low to even consider the possibility of winning out. Good lord, that would be the most surprising end to a season I have ever seen.

Good thing is we don't need to. I think we just need to beat the EaGirls, TB and Giants and hope EaGirls split with the Commanders.
I don't think Philly or Wash win more than 9 games and if we get to 9-7 beating the teams above, we'll win the division with the best division record.

A combo of those top 4 will be in the "Big Show", However its comforting to see the Cowboys show moves in the right direction. A single playoff game is a win and would show a great improvement.

I also think that would win the division. I just hope that the cowboys can win the division before the giants game. another win or lose game against manning would really suck to have to beat the giants again on the last game to try to get in the playoffs. twice that has happened and manning has found a way to win both games.

Anything is possible. (Egals proved that last season) Romo & Co. beat the undefeated Saints in '09 in New Orleans with Brees at the helm's who won his 1st SB that year. Whose to say they don't beat the top offense yet again?

We have the team. It's up to the coaches to have a perfect playbook.

Not impossible, we would have to get healthy and Dak would have to catch fire, and therein lies the problem as Dak has proven to be fire retardant. But there's always hope...right.

If we beat New Orleans, I don't see us losing another game.
If this was an older Dallas team I could totally see us losing inexplicably after winning big against a team like the Saints. But I don't think we're that team anymore. At least I hope not.

NY Giants twice

1993 Cowboys team ha to win out. The had to win with a dinged up Emmitt and his shoulder.
Yes they were the defending SB champs, but still the won the last 5 to get home field advantage

It happens.

There aren't many good teams. The league is pretty top heavy. The Saints might be the very best. We'll see how we fare against them next week. I'm still not convinced we're a very good team, but if we can hang with the Saints I think we can pull some out against teams like the Bears and Vikings.
