Meanwhile, cornerback Claiborne will not require surgery on his left shoulder

according to a source, but he will likely wear a harness of sorts for added protection.

there goes his arm movement

what a bad trade up

that sucks. was never a huge Mo fan, but I am hoping he continues to grow and become a good CB. Didn't help him that the Dallas scouts and coaches threw out the Deion comparisons.

nope - I am pretty even keeled

so please tell me how this helps him - got a knee injury now has a shoulder problem

We are one week into a 17 week season, and this kid is 1 year into his career. Labeling it a "bad trade up" at this point is a bit premature.

With the scheme switch it ends up being a bad trade up imo.

Still like the player but I think he is kind of wasted in this scheme.

I like Brandon Carr too but I don't like him @ 55 mill in this scheme.

hope Mo can play with a brace, if not were in deep trouble.

He reminds me of Jenkins in the sense that every time he tries to tackle anyone he gets hurt

Didn't Jenkins play with a shoulder harness 2 years ago?

Good thing he doesn't actually have a $55 million contract, then!

I think we all would like to see more big plays, however the point is it's way too early in Claiborne's career to conclude whether he was worth the trade up or not. He deserves some time to prove his value just like every other draft pick.

He's entering his second season and is starting to look like a china doll. He came to the Cowboys injured last year and missed most of camp and all of preseason this year due to a knee injury now he has a shoulder injury. He didn't look very good last night before he got hurt again. I'll be honest if could swap him for Tyrann Mathieu I would seriously consider it. That kid looks like a player and has already looked more impressive than Mo. For where we drafted Mo I was expecting more than what we've gotten from him so far. It's still early but he's been a disappointment.

When a thread is started about Mo and Jenkins starts being mentioned that's not a good sign.

I agree. I don't even want to think about Jenkins. Just pointing it out that he was still able to play with the harness. Overall, Mo has better talent than Jenkins, so I'm not comparing their play (and hopefully we won't have to be making comparisons between them, lol).
