Couldn't follow a concept about having to constantly change foundations of his own team over his time as the team's Head Coach. As Head Coach, he had full control outside the contractual basis agreed upon when the team became property of Jerry Jones and his family.

Couldn't even follow the constant changes in coordinators or linemen for team stability as well...but that description is yours.

Not too bright then...my concepts are simple but affecting facts are included. I guess one is more atuned to hero worship instead of explaining progression limitors and cause for failure complications for long a term team benefit. Give one person full acclaim for success, and team directions and causes are lost. Yep, Intense topic to follow alright. Why there actually were problems...beyond selling out one's own team for one's own glory. COMPLEX, when ignored, alright.
