He projects to the Mo. Perfect for it as well as the nickel LB. Lee is more of a Mike although I'd like him to get more size and strength for it. Both should be very good at their positions. Both had first round talent and fell with injuries. And ACLs don't normally lead to chronic knee problems. Instability can be the result of ACL injuries and modern orthopedics have addressed that problem very well in most cases. Cartilage damage can lead to degenerative knee problems. That's not Carter's problem.

This is a great pick. We will have speed at the LB position again.

The only reason why I could understand not liking this pick is if you do not trust the medical staff.

The only complaint that I really have heard about his play is that he holds to his assignments to stringently. All I have to say is that at least he knows his assignments.

I guarantee Carter goes to a Pro Bowl before it's all said and done. This is my favorite pick of the draft.

He's going to be an absolute force on special teams very early on.
