I'm struggling coming up with a cause of action that she could be sued civilly on... She couldn't be sued for wrongful death like OJ, cause it was her daughter. Well I guess the father could sue her. Is he in the picture?

Edit: Apparently no one knows who the father is.... not surprising with her.
