Think Cooper will not be a Cowboy in 2022 talking to people
Whispers are Lawrence will be asked to take a paycut.
#1 priority this offseason is to sign Randy Gregory.
Fixing the OL is a priority this offseason.

Gregory is #1 priority? Why?
I mean, I know ya'll think he's an All-Pro and all, but this dude had like 4 good games and that was it. He make bonehead decisions, still seems immature, and will surly want more than he is worth (And Jerry is will give it to him). The sad thing is he will 100% get more from the Cowboys then he would in free agency simply because of the way this organization over values talent that it drafts.
I feel Gregory is just another example of one of Jerry's guys that he just refuses to let go when it would be best to just walk away from this one.
Market ValueAll comes down to price. The team would be better with him on it (given the DE depth chart).
That being said, if he gets some ridiculous contract, his value to the team plummets. I am generally curious as to what his market value league wide would be.
I guarantee his market value would be less than what the Cowboys offer him.All comes down to price. The team would be better with him on it (given the DE depth chart).

They better have a contingency plan if they lose Lawrence, Cooper, Gregory and Schultz!!
They haven't got a plan if we DO keep them. They better have a contingency plan if they lose Lawrence, Cooper, Gregory and Schultz!!
I got blasted early in the season for saying exactly this... how things would play out by season's end.
Gregory needs to remember how Jerry and the Cowboys never gave up on him and helped him out so much get his mental and life in order. Hope he gives the Cowboys a team discount. Maybe agree to around $10 mil / season.Market Value

You would learn much if you listened to me.1/50 is not a good batting average
I think Gregory will end up staying. Jerry’s done a lot for him and allowing him to get to this point.Gregory needs to remember how Jerry and the Cowboys never gave up on him and helped him out so much get his mental and life in order. Gregory is a priority because this front office stinks at evaluating and paying the talent currently on the roster.Gregory is #1 priority? Why?

When has this front office ever been anything but reactionary? They better have a contingency plan if they lose Lawrence, Cooper, Gregory and Schultz!!

Yeah, the smiling and laughing was a bit much.I soured on Gregory in the playoff game. I like the guy. He does have talent. But you can't make those kind of bone head errors .... and you certainly can't be smiling & laughing about it.
