I would like to see Garrett just pull players who are not giving it there all. Like I said before; This game is a job interview for every player on the team. We don't need to waste time with those who don't want to earn their money.

And as much as it pains me to say- maybe Jerry should consider sharing power as GM, or pass the reigns all together. What he has tried, is not working. With the CAP and the way the rules and player attitudes have changed since the glory days, it just isn't working.

I have to take a moment to poke fun at myself.

As a Cowboys fan, I can't help but hold out hope that this team "turns it on" and mounts an amazing comeback in the second half.

Then, as a rational human being, I have to laugh at myself. The core players on this team are in their 30s, and have never shown any indication that they're capable of rallying in such a way.

I'm hopeless!

Let me help you out. Down by 3 scores and the Giants get the ball first. Giants know they have to pass every play and Dallas has a sive O Line. See if you can guess where this is headed.

Changing the HC will never do much. Looking back at it now we never should have fired Chan Gailey way back when. Making the playoffs without a defense isn't easy. That's basically what Jerry is trying to do right now. When Dallas was being built in 1990 it was on defense first. The offense took a couple years to really come around and was never really as good as the offense was. Right now we are trying to build on great offense, most of the time that won't work.
