How many teams are as undisciplined as the Cowboys?

And no, it's not overrated. Some times a team needs it and this team is in desperate need of it.

We have been undisclipined under all kinds of coaches. Tough ones(Parcells), soft ones(Phillips), dumb ones(Campo), and supposedly smart stoic ones(Garrett). It doesn't matter about getting in someone's face if the player can't play. You get rid of the player or sit the player on the bench but in this case we can't afford to do it because the lack of talent and playmakers at key positions like oline and most of the defense. Payton, McCarthy, Tomlin, Harbaugh don't get in players face constantly because they have the players that will do the job for the most part.
