Anthony Spencer just rushed about 10 yards upfield

He seems to do that every single down too .. On that drive alone I saw him three times rush 15 yards upfield well past the quarterback and I'm amazed not a single defensive coach notices it.

Looks like Freeman read the scouting report, find a DB whose number is not 21 and attack. If you watch he's not even looking in the vicinity of Jenkins, but its Newman, Scandrick, and the middle of the field getting lit up

I hate this defense.

It has no idea how to cover a hurry or pseudo-hurry up. The players look dumb and confused who to cover or where to line up.

And the pass rush is non-existent.

Watching Spencer makes me sick. He either gives no effort, or he's actually horrible. Which is it?

All he has is an outside rush move. He has no spin move to get back into the play when the QB steps up in the pocket.

1. It's the beginning of the 4th qtr
'2. Cowboys offense has a opportunity to drain some clock and score again



Now if the Cowboys go 3 and out it's time to panic

It shouldn't be a surprise if they do.

Lissemore was worthless on that drive. Lineup, standup, and do nothing to try to push to push the pocket. He was just a body lining up over the center on that series.

But he was just one of an entire group of players that acted as if they expected the Bucs to just mail it in.

Cowboys need to take a hint - unlike them, other teams don't mail games in no matter what the score is.

Yeah we're ragging on Spencer but there is no penetration in the middle of the Bucs line either. The whole drive Freeman was able to step up in the pocket.

There is huge problem in rob ryan's defense system for passing. In this drive, we ended up with ZERO successful passing defense.

That's why you don't gift the opponent ANY free opportunities. If the offense drives on you and gets into the endzone then tip your hat to them and blame your defense.

But you cannot just put yourself in bad situations where you turn the ball over and set them up with easy chances to score
