That's simply not how zone defenses are attacked. Offenses attack holes, not players. Each zone has a vunerable area, and it is that area that is attacked. Throwing the ball five yards in front of Newman's assigned zone is no different than five yards in front of Revis' zone.

Dude, if you seriously think that teams don't see tape on Newman - in zone, man, nickel, dime - and go after him, you're crazy.
