It's really time for Garrett to give up calling plays. You want to be the HC, you need to divert your entire attention to coaching the team. You can still be a part of the gameplan during the week but on Sundays, someone else needs to handle it. It's like he calls plays to try to please everyone on offense instead of doing the smart thing.
