Cbz40 Post Game Thread | Dallas Cowboys 10 Denver Broncos 17 FINAL

I'm been saying this offense doesn't attack any teams systematically. No boot-legs, roll-outs, short slants to get Romo in rhythm... Just deep routes.. And a couple check downs when everybody is covered... This offense has relied on him to make plays all the time,, including buying time on his feet. That can't last forever, because teams are just dropping men back in coverage cause they know the Red genius just likes to go long.

Why would you throw back to back slants against one of the best DB's in the NFL with a 4th string receiver at that?

You cant be serious. He got nailed in the ribs. I'm not defending the play but to question why he wasn't on the field late is ridiculous.

he's about the only one who can make those types of catches. unfortunately, he got blasted due to Tony leaving him out to dry. i wouldnt be surprised if he has some bruised or cracked ribs. RW was open more times then not, Tony just couldnt get the ball to him today. nothing RW can do about, I cant complain about what RW did today. /

thats what I was wondering.

he did come back in the game and even made a great catch...you could see he was dying right afterward...I'm guessing he's got a pretty significant injury and I bet he misses some time

Wont even know it.

cutler has bennet, hester and the rest and they still get open. not sure if this is sarcasm or stupidity.

our guys got open too...how many passes has the QB blown this yr?

he used to make most of those throws in his sleep, now he's off by a ton...somethings probably wrong with him too (physicially) and he's trying to play through it, because he's never been this inaccurate for 4 games in a row

What's with all the yelling by Romo and guys being out of position? They are totally confused about what to do. How hard is it? Other teams seem to get it right.

Yeah, Roy "Overrated" Williams had a couple of nice catches.

So what?

Talk about inconsisent.

Now he is supposedly hurting.
Right.
More like pouting because, believe me, he wants the ball on every passing play. Anything short of that is a personal affront. Won't be long before he starts pouting big time.

This overrated, overpaid and over-compensated-for receiver is at best, a lesser version of Miles Austin, except Austin is more talented.

Give me hurd, give me Austin, give me Crayfish or give me Ogle. Just don't give me Roy "Overrated" Williams. I am tired of his no-shows, his inconsitency and the reminder of how much we gave up for this barely average WR.

Cowboy fans deserve better!
Aikman was right he doesn't run very good routes

Hey where are the M.Austin fans who claimed he was going to have a big year;)

You want them to lose so you will be right ...... thats not rooting for them.

I want them ALL to do well .... and I will root for ALL of them.

unlike people like you.

your schpill is getting old.

If you are really ignorant enough to think that saying something bad about this team makes you a bad fan, or means you want them to lose, then you need to get a clue.

Everyone here (well most) root for this team, but most are smart enough to call a spade a spade...

Im pretty sick of you calling out people that say anything negative about this team...this team has a lot of holes and if you want to live in fantasy world and ignore it, fine, but most people are not blind enough or ignorant enough to do that....but seriously enough calling out people that say something negative about the team, next time you want to do it, just don't.

We still play SD, NO, Giants, Philly twice. I see 8-8 or 9-7.

Next week Rome a throw for at least 4tds and think people will forget what he does against the good teams....

Felix is the entire offense

Too bad he's made of glass and plays only 7 games a year.

7 wins! Wooo Hoo

With the receivers we had on the field on that last drive, I'd be surprised if Tom Brady does anything

We all laughed at the Giants receivers at the beginning of the season. How're they doing?

Did they shut down our run game or did we just stop running? Or both?

they pretty much slammed the door on it...even the few yards we gained after the first qtr werent on plays thats were blocked well

That's the bottom line.

Blame whoever you want, but it is what it is.

Right now, we're not a playoff calibre team. We're about an 8-8 or 9-7 type team.

Oh well . . . . not much we can do.

There are not 7 more wins on the schedule for Dallas, try 4 or 5. We don't win next, cancel the season. I'm serious, put the baby to bed.

I sure thought he was...Ive been thinking that for about three years now though...

Wake me when we have a new coach and QB,,oh and some RECIEVERS who can get open...oh and a OLINE that can protect...defense HAD TO BE EXHAUSTED BY THE 4TH QUARTER..but you gotta make a play Newman..Marshall TOOK the ball way from ya and scored..thats called making a play...I guess we are gonna have to sit through a 7-9 season for some changes to be made......
