1) Have Jerry fire himself as GM
2) Cut Hamlin and Carpenter
3) Activate Ogletree next week
4) Fire Wade and Garrett (Campo at DC and Ray Sherman at OC)
5) Promote DeCamillis to HC

The sad thing is that, after the last 3 years of seeing the game and this team with just no peronality, and some of us finally getting tired... some people here call us trolls.

I guess what I should be saying is the following:

Romo i legit, he has shown tremendous success in the past and I am sure he is making all the required adjustments for our team. He is as real as the best QBs out there. I have no douse in my mind that with him we are always in a position to win.

Wade, has has a very long career in the NFL, he is experienced and give him a few more games and we will be fine. Relax guys..... it is early in the season and we will be fine!!!

What is the reality of the moment Adam? What is the reality of today.....right now, this moment. Where this team stands? Is it 2-2, 3 games behind the Giants in the East and playing lackluster football or is some stat you have tucked away that was relevant last year?

The reality is that this team is 12-12 the last 24 games. We are mediocre at best. The sooner you realize that,the better.
