CD Lamb is already a better “88” than Dez Bryant

Stop getting away from CeeDee as the game progresses. That's a bad trend that the Cowboys continue to fall in.

I don't think so, Dez was the best WR I've seen in a Cowboys uniform, that includes the original 88

Was genuinely sad the day I clicked on the web and read about the fight between him and Parcells with the towel throw. Knew his career was probably over soon.

My favorite catch is the one in Parcells second game, last play of the game to win it. Wonder if Big Mac and Dak could take advantage of an opponent mistake like this and do some end of game, time management heroics like this? Based on what I've seen, my guess is no. But Parcells and Quincy did it.

Antonio Bryant was incredibly talented but mercurial.

Had the same feeling when Parcells ran him off.

Dez had 7500 yards. Lambs got about 3000 to go.
You're right, I was in the middle of something and got the post mixed up with the thread title. I'm not sure if he meant better than Dez ended up to be, or better than Dez was at the same point in his career.

Not to get off topic but I always loved watching Tony Hill and Butch Johnson. They always made big plays and were really fun to watch. Especially Johnson.
Facts! They are part of the reason I became a Boys fan.

As wild as it sounds, I don't think we ever saw the best of Dez. Garrett's high school level offense held him back. Between the 20s, he just ran constant 9-route wind sprints down the boundary to draw away a safety and "open things up" for Terrance Williams and Beasley. And Dez's own laziness about developing his game didn't help either... he never got better at route running from his rookie year.

But man... what a talent.

Dez won’t even get a nomination to the Hall while both Megatron and Julio will have casts but keep living in LaLa land.
......and he shouldn't. Now what? On the other hand, should our "beloved" be in the HOF? Now that would definitely be an uproar discussion on this board.

Not sure either. Dez was fun at his best. An athletic monster. Cee Dee is not as strong but just as fast and a way better route runner.

CD Lamb has more yards this year than Bryant has ever had his entire career. Hes also been more consistent than Dez. Say what you want about this year, but Lamb has been a stud
false. lamb has no elite trait. he's good in every area. dez had all time elite strength and leaping ability. He had all Time elite yac

I've never forgiven Bryant for his bone-headed stretch-out in the playoffs against GB. Secure the ball, and it's first and goal on the 1.

His ego couldn't resist being the GOAT ... and cost us the game. NEVER put the game in the hands of the refs.

The guy was stupider than Forrest Gump.
