Lol at some thinking players can't have a life outside of football. They're supposed to take this game as serious as fans do and pout until the next game. That still wouldn't appease some fans.

Who cares, I’d be too. This whole season on Jerry and Stephen not doing anything in FA for years and expecting them to go to sb. They’ve put this team in a hole that it’s gonna be in for a long time.

I’d be more pissed if it was Jerry and Stephen in the club
They don't need the club, they have the owner's box.

Now?

Irvin and others from those early 90s teams did their fair share of partying amongst other activities.
If you do not see the difference between a player happy to have his bag and a player that wants to be remembered forever as a champion it is because you do not want to see it.

It is the exact same thing in the NBA but I find the NBA is such a perfect example of this because there are so few players it gets magnified.

The talent at the top is there and it is incredible. It literally becomes all about desire to win. Winning must be everything.

Kobe, Jordan, Lebron, Shaq, Duncan the list is endless. Killers who simply had to win. Did they love the millions of course they did but winning was what really mattered.

Arenas, Carmelo, Paul George, Harden, Embiid this list is also endless. All of these people were beyond talented. They were happy with the millions and the fame and that is OK. Most people are and why wouldn't you be.

Personally I feel like the names in the first list are gods among men. The names in the second list are incredible talents. I can't even dream about being that good at basketball. They are also losers. They are clowns. They are bums.

Diggs is clearly trending towards bum. CD also appears to be heading down that path.

lol so they can’t go out anywhere in public in fear of a belligerent fan mouthing off ?

Its a bad decision to go out and party after a loss. That is all. I don't make the rules. I'm only pointing out the obvious.

The days of potential elite talent failing in Big D are far from over.
I hate watching potential young talent being wasted in Dallas.

Kobes approach and work ethic were legendary. He willed himself to being one of the GOATS. Dude was an established all world player and still grinding while other were fast asleep.

The true greats understand the commitment necessary to separate themselves from the pack. Derrick Henry looks comparable. I think he spends about 200k a year on his body and routine, and it shows. Tom Brady wouldn't eat tomatoes because they are in the nightshade family and cause inflammation. It's wild but in a league were everyone run 4.5 and benches 3-400lbs this is where you find an advantage.

Ok?

Are they supposed to be in a dark room with lofi music playing and crying?

Works done, go have fun these are human beings we don’t chain them in a basement and feed them dog food until Sunday rolls around
Good point.....but what if we saw video of Dak getting gas for the vehicle at QuikTrip, or at Walmart, or swinging by Krogers, or dropping Cooper off from the carpool? Now that would be different on this board.

lol so you guys are 25 years old and have a bad customer meeting at work on Friday. Saturday is your day off. But because the meeting didn’t go well you stay home on Friday night in your room upset thinking about your next meeting hoping to do better ?

Typically Mondays are not a day off. They recover, go over film, lift, and light practice working out the kinks from the game before.

Secondly, if I have a bad day at work it's not in front of the entire nation.

I don't think it's unrealistic to not go out. That said there's going out, and there's getting obliterated. There's a big difference in the extent of it. I wouldn't criticize my players for making the decision to go out, but I'd forewarn them win, lose or draw they are targets for trouble. I'd also probably think more highly of the guys who were committed to the grind than the guys who were out blowing off steam.

LOL at being mad by this. As long as they didn't get into trouble like getting in a fight or something (cough, cough Zeke), I really have no problem with this.

I swear the fans that think these players should go home and cry themselves to sleep after a loss are hilarious. It's often the same crowd that thinks players shouldn't shake hands after games or fraternize with players on the other team, etc.
