Like if he worked harder, he'd magically overcome the fact the DTs suck, the secondary is missing their 2nd best CB, the OL kinda stinks, the TBs are terrible, and the starting QB was a slug and is now replaced by a really bad back up QB, the GM is a cheap idiot and the HC is mediocre?

Lamb is like 101st on the list of problems and if he goes out after a loss, it's no big deal. If you think Kobe didn't go out and party a little after a loss, then you aren't exactly being honest here.
