CeeDee Lamb at running back

Just dumb. Apparently our 5th round pick from the coddled UT program can’t learn the game………
And I understand that we don't want him in on passing Downs when he has to block or any special assignments

but if we're just going to hand the ball off to him like we did to CD and he's going to run around the end I think with his speed it would be worth a try rather than risking our number one receiver's health

Can't believe Jerry sits in that box and tolerates this type of stupidity and embarrassment it doesn't matter how much money you're worth being embarrassed on national television like this is ridiculous
Jerry Jones is a narcissist. Not only does he tolerate the attention. He relishes in it UNLESS the media gets in his face and starts questioning his competency in putting together the team. Then he gets into his *feels*.

You try to get the ball in your best players hands and it's not too uncommon we see Lamb with an end around run, etc.

Injuries can happen at anytime its just unfortunate it happened on a spot we usually don't see Lamb in on offense.

Yeah, this is like when people were complaining about Dez returning punts. You put the ball in the playmaker's hands.

Who's brilliant idea was it to put our 37 million wide receiver in at running back when we drafted a running back that were not even using.
For that matter Williams was running very hard and very well.

To compound matters who was responsible for putting him back in after his ankle was twisted into a pretzel to possibly suffer more injury
This team is just stupid

He gets ten or so carries a year, every year

Not saying I’m on board but he’s not new

I agree with getting the ball in your best player's hands but he is a wide receiver and he's built like one I have never seen a running back built like CD lamb.

And we have drafted an explosive guy that we could try in situations like that rather than risking the best player theoretically on our team and one of the ones that makes the most money.

I know he does and I don't exactly understand it when he's paid to catch the ball but beyond that after looking at the replay and how his ankle got bent into a pretzel how do you put him back into the game at least protect your investment.

The Williams fumble killed them. It really changed the game. Dallas was about to be up easy and chicago scrabbling
Oh wow I missed that too. Must’ve happened in the first half. Yeah that’s not good .

That was such a dumb and unnecessary play! Just trying to outsmart themselves. FAFO.

I don't want to jump to criticize. Has he done it before from behind center. It does seem like a countdown to an injury, however.

I agree you put the ball in The playmakers hands you get him isolated one-on-one with a defensive back and throw it to him.
Running him into the teeth of the defensive line is not what CD lamb is built to do.

And if you look at other top WR, they get maybe 1-2 a year

For sure it's injury waiting to happen.
Guys that are built like Earl Campbell and Jerome bettis are meant to run into the teeth of the defense guys built like Randy Moss and CD lamb are built to go one-on-one with the team's best cornerback and win.

Exactly and it's a reverse or some type of trick play they don't line him up in the eye formation like he's John riggins or something
