I wonder what Sweeny would rate OSU at halftime?

It'd be the same because of his "rule" that no team could be top 10---even if they had the very best team--unless they played at least 9 games.
He just didn't think it was fair to those that battled through a whole season.....right or wrong.

He said his ranking had nothing at all to do with Ohio State specifically. He ranked them as high as he could based on his little rule.
