Change will come with Stephen in charge

Excellent points! As far as I can tell, Stephen’s lone skill as an NFL exec (unearned as you said), is that he memorized the salary cap rules.

He went out of his way to remind Bill Parcells that he was in charge, so we know that is just like his dad.

Unless the opposing team’s plane crashes on route to the divisional playoff game against us, I fear we’re stranded in playoff no-man’s land with the Jones boys quite content to extend our conf championship drought into perpetuity.
This is a bunch of crap.

He most definitely is an amateur because he has helped produce a team that is bottom 3 of the league in terms of the last time they won a Divisional round playoff game. Just because you can't be fired from a job due to nepotism for 30 years doesn't mean you somehow become good at it especially when you help set an all time record for consecutive failure for a Director of Player Personnel. There's nobody else that ever kept that job that long with any other team in any team sport in history without getting fired long before.

You are defending and admiring utter failure. Maybe you just like being contrarian.
Or maybe you don't know what the word amateur means? Because you literally can't be considered and amateur if you have 30+ years of experience doing something! In fact you would be considered and expert.
I never said he was good at it. I just said he's experienced at it.
Which is the opposite of being an amateur.

30 years has shown that neither one of the Jones boys know how to build a championship team

so this so called change means nothing
