He got Romo hurt, because he couldn't shorten routes... He did nothing to take advantage of the OL size and counteract pressure that was being brought... He did nothing to run the ball. dallas was among the worst in rushing attempts. he had no play-action to keep safeties honest...

Notice how Norv got the match-up with Jackson by creating a decoy with Gates... Garertt couldn't do that with Roy Williams or Crayton, despite getting doubles on TO all day long and having Witten...

Their defense was their weakness. He also lost a couple games because of the refs. They should have been 10-6. Notice what happened when they fired their DC. It is all the more impressive that they won their last 4 games to make the play-offs.

Too bad Wade couldn't fire Garrett...

BTW, we are talking about Norv as an OC, not a head coach. It isn't even close as far as it concerns an OC... Norv is light years ahead of Garrett...
