Hate to see him go, hopefully we get someone good to replace him and to get our best talent as starters on the field even if we have to change Sam Williams to the LB position

He's not going anywhere. DQ likes it here. Dallas has some of the best players in the NFL on defense.

Besides, I'm sure Jerry is paying him well.

He coached the Falcons for six years. Don't know if he wants that racket again.
If you “Don’t know if he wants that racket again.” how can you say “He’s not going anywhere.”?

it wont affect me either way, i think hes smart enough to realize hes not HC material, but i dont think hes the end all of DCs. So either way it falls i wont mind. We know what we have in him as a DC, its better than average. id say him as a DC, top 10 easy, can i persoinally make the argument for top 5, no, im not saying hes not, im saying i cant make that argument.

I hope he goes to Washington because they have alot of capital this offseason and he would be a terrible hire
Yeah lol. I don't think he is a good head coach. His Superbowl run was because of Shanahan. If I'm not mistaken his defense was rank 27th or something like that..

i am less worried about him leaving than I am about who they replace him with. He has done well with the Cowboys. Not perfect, but better than what they have put on the field in the past seasons.

If he leaves, who comes in, and helps the defense?

I think Harbaugh to the Chargers is highly likely.

I also don’t think Washington would go with Quinn.

Well, assuming we keep McCarthy, maybe Martindale?

If they both go, then it wouldn’t shock me if Belichik is our next HC and he’ll run the defense.

If he goes, I think the Chargers would be one of the best destinations for him because they already have their quarterback, one of the hardest pieces to find. His specialty is fixing defenses, so he'd need a good coordinator to turn that offense over to.
 :muttley: Naw, I heard the complete off season that Moore leaving was Jerry's fool's gold...by our local 'experts.'
