Common sense should tell you something happened. He could have had an arguement with someone or maybe he just changed his mind and requested his release so he could be a free agent.

Because there’s no harm in adding/removing guys from the PS.

All I’m saying is that he was cut from his rookie contract and then the entire NFL passed on a chance to add him. Exactly what is making you question why he was cut? Do you have some secret info about Tapper everyone else is missing?

Or in all likelihood is it because Tapper ran a fast 40 time at the combine?
