Quinn throws a TD pass with 7 seconds left in the half. Yep, he sure is playing like "Crap" today.

Quinn has thrown 27 passes in the first half.

Ok Weis, time to start running the ball. You don't want your star QB's arm to fall off at mid-season.

My statement was "outside of two nice passes" he had played like crap. When I said that it didn't include this last drive. Throwing up the score and the final drive has evidence against my original statement is a logical fallacy. I wouldn't expect you to realize that though.

Hopefully BP is watching, hopefully they were on the phone talking about chunking it this weekend.

BP, lets chunk it!!!!

They'd just argue about the ratings.

"People think our show is crap!"

"No, they think it's average!"

"It's crap, I said @%#&^$"

"I know it's crap. I said they THINK it's average!!"

Quinn: 19/27, 228 yards, 2 TD's ... 6 rushes for 24 yards. He started off slowly for sure (and PSU should have had atleast 1 pick) ... I still think all the hype and pressure to live up to it, has him pressing a little bit early on this season, but he'll settle in.

Make that 2 picks -- possibly a 3rd. He seems to have improved over the 2nd quarter. I imagine he will continue to do so over the 2nd half as PSU begins to give up and go for desparation moves.

Seeing as how this has become somewhat of a ND vs. PSU thread...

Zbikowski. WOW.

I'm almost dissapointed that we've acheived a measurable amount of depth at strong safety. This guy makes plays. He stood out to me last year, but thought it was a little premature to call him NFL quality. He's gonna be a good pick for someone nest year.

oh yeah, Quinn DOES have moxie....

Actually I see Zbikowski as more of a Free Safety. Sure he could hit and tackle well, but he's got great ball skills and he's more of a ball hawk.

If Watson doesn't pan out, I hope we draft this kid.

If he can play Free Safety, i'd be all about it. He is a ballhawk. His versatitly is outstanding (PR, ST coverage units). I wonder where teams are putting him on their draft boards.

Your whole post is the definition of a knee jerk reaction.

He's very fast too. And we all know teams put a lot of stock (too much) into speed.

I think he'll be a first round pick (barring injury). I think he's better then Whitner and Whitner went in the middle of round 1.

Rack: A ex-division II DE not only has the acumen of a 3-4 DC but now apparently that of a QB coach.

He does have another year of eligibility left, if he chooses to use it.
