When did Collins go out

Not sure I feel like going back to watch exactly but he was in there for a while and Green stunk it up from the moment I saw him on the field. If I can survive rewatching I will revisit this. But generally a guy doesn't play better against 1st and 2nd stringers than he does 3rd and 4th and he was getting whipped by those guys.

A guy with condition issues does. As the game went on he got worst. He wasn't too bad when he first came in, either way I'm not keeping him in the roster.

Another pitiful performance against the cards. Mull the cull.

What I want to know is how a guy actually stepped in a couple years ago for tyron smith and more than handled his own. To now he is an absolute trainwreck. I blame the coaching staff. They messed with him mentally switching positions etc. You can't tell me the guy played a couple games in place of tyron and I don't even think he gave up more than 1 pressure to now the guy can't block a 12 year old. Something happened here.

It's common for a player to have good game or so. That's why you simply cannot base your evaluation of a player on a few games. Even Pushedback Costa had a good 2 game swing one time, and he was terrible. Free had a good season or so at OLT.

Chaz Green is the least of my worries, when we got a garbage HC who gives trash results year after year.

If we had a good coaching staff, Chaz Green would improve ... except we see the opposite, he just gets worse and worse.

If he is not in shape now he will not be in better shape during the season.

Yeah if he's not in shape, why not? Did he forget football season was coming? Didn't care? Guy played like crap last year and this year he can't even handle the scrubs. And when he does play, he's injury prone. Chaz Green is just riding the gravy train.
He has no business whatsoever making the 53, or even the practice squad.

He should have been left in Atlanta after that game. This just highlights how poor our FO is. They know the guy is terrible, replace him in the off-season ...

Idk ksk we never saw chaz and said he sucks we only said he can't stay healthy. I thought he always looked halfway decent until last season.

I cannot see a way that there isn't a better option out there after cuts, if not now.
THE retired Nate Newton can play better right now lol. Chaz the human turnstile is a waste of resources. He was and has always been a true guard playing out of position at tackle. BIG MISTAKE IN EVERY WAY. In spot duty, he can be a 3rd string guard,period..nothing more. Otherwise,he shouldn't be in an NFL UNI.

Cowboyron was the 1 guy at the time about 2 years ago that coined the phrase "human turnstile" pertaining to Chaz Green.I was the second or 3rd guy that chimed in at the time and the term just kinda fit. It has stuck ever since, and rings true. Chaz looked as if he was in concrete shoes the other night against Zona.It didn't matter who was lined up over him. It was directly after his Gawd awful preseason Rams game where he literally let every DE that lined up over him run to the QB clean. Ironically, it was Daks Preseason debut as the starter. Nothing has changed as far as Green goes. He was garbage then, and remains so now.

Grading interior lineman is different than OT. Especially a LT, Guards and Centers can be "hidden" to a degree OT cannot especially LT. Chaz had a stretch 2 seasons where he manned the LT position and many here thought if he could put it all together he would be the RT of the future or least a good swing tackle. But between his conditioning and confidence he is one of the worst now.

100% true...but I aint sure I wanna take that risk lining him up as a starting guard even.MAYBE a last resort at guard only. He CLEARLY is not a tackle. I would argue he really shouldn't be in the league at all. He is that bad.

From day 1 back in 2016, Cowboyron and myself..amongst others over on the old DC.com board said Chaz looked like a guard..and that's the case now. That's why its baffling to many of us on here that Chaz is at tackle. If we need a guard for 1 game...MAYBE Chaz is our guy...otherwise, he shouldn't be on the 53.

Chaz has all 5 position flex, you keep that guy as your 8th and final lineman assuming Freddy goes on NFI-6 list.

omg..SERIOUSLY? What good is position flex if you absolutely suck at all 5 positions? MAYBE..a big maybe..he can play guard in a pinch..but heck..the dude gets winded easily..can't stay in condition, and he lacks in skill lol...NOT GOOD. IMO, he is a massive liability and will get Dak or Zeke hurt. Is it worth it to you?

I want him lining up at the unemployment line that is the only line I would like to see him on. He is done as Cowboy, he has talent to play at the NFL level but the coaching on this team or his weak mind has cost him confidence, as Tom Skerritt told Tom Cruise, "he has a confidence problem." It looks it JG sees that and is thinking that by keep marching him out there will fix it but that is not the case.
