I’ll take Buffalo.

Great offense beats crappy teams that cannot keep up.
Great defense beats great offense just like great pitching shuts down great hitting.
That’s why they say defense wins championships. KC couldn’t get over the hump until they started focusing on their defense, but I think the Buffalo defense is better than the KC defense.

Tolerant boss(es) is the key there.
Mine is fair in some ways(like taking off early for family stuff and not docking me vacation time) but he's a hardass on earbuds...
