I can’t handle another year of this coaching staff. Changes have to be made. I am also sick of Jerry and his ways. So upset.

Yeah, Jerry's saying that he's not going to fire Wade, but what are the chances that he's going to "ask" Wade to resign?

Either way SOMETHING needs to be done to fix this team!!

My daughter sat a few rows up behind the cowboy bench at yesterday's game. The Cowboy players spent more time bickering with the Eagle fans than concentrating on the game or being coached by the coaches. The longer the game went on the angrier the players got and the bickering continued. No coach stepped up to stop it. Wade looked like a one man island in a sea of green, and Red looked like he was lost on his own island.

Wade stays and next year is lost. I won't spend another penny on this team if he is at the helm. Some men just don't have the leadership skills to coach. For whatever reason.

Jerry needs to watch that game again, before making anymore proclamations to keep Wade. What I can't understand is that he says he'll spend time thoroughly evaluating the team from top to bottom, yet he's already made his decision to keep Wade? So this is really about finding another scapegoat besides Wade.

Who will that be? Well, it won't be JG. No, he'll deep into the pool of minor assistant coaches and start cutting, hoping that'll placate the fans.

Not me it won't.

I'm not saying I disagree with the opinion of Collinsworth but for the sake of consistency do you think he'd be saying that or any of the other FB talking heads if Wade were black? NO! They'd be saying how this was the same guy that took them to 13-3 last year. He needs more than 2 years and that injuries played a big part in this teams demise. Look how long it took the browns to dump Romeo. JJ is responsible for bringing in Adam Jones that hasnt panned out and Williams who runs horrible routes. The other Roy Williams out for the season with injuries and Barber being banged up. Maybe we should have kept Julius. The excuses would be endless. Most in the Fox and ESPN and NBC sports hate the boys and Jones so dont ever think that when they are giving their opinions that they have our best interest in mind. They just like the circus that Dallas constantly provides. The only way I see that this team can be salvaged in under a decade is Bill Cowher, but why in the world would he want to back to this mess?

Enough is enough.

if everyone thinks you have the talent to go to the super bowl, and you crap the bed like this team, then major coaching changes need to be made, imo.
i know we had injuries, but every team does.
it won't happen, but i want a real head coach, not a coordinator without any success as a head coach. preferably someone completely opposite of mr. cupcake- it hasn't worked and it will never work.

Thanks for the post. interesting observation. I saw TO doing it on TV, I wonder who else was involved? Sad, Sad state of this organization.

I continue to say, if you think it's bad this year, just wait until the first sign of adverstiy in '09 which will happen about week 1 or 2 and watch this team unravel again.

They TRIED to put up a good face and hold it together as best they could this year. Next season there will be NO PRETENCE of unity and team the first time things go bad. We will see yesterday's performance very early and if we think this season was ugly...we haven't seen anything yet!

Jerry has no idea what is in store for him next season if this staff is still in place.
